  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and tender.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the mushrooms and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
