Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams
  • Heavy cream - 120 ml
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Butter - 30 grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Chicken broth - 120 ml
  • Spinach - 100 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
