- Butter - 30 grams
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Chicken broth - 120 ml
- Spinach - 100 grams
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then add them to the skillet.
- Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
