  • Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Parmesan cheese - 20 grams, grated

Steps

  1. Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly under cold water and drain well.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cream cheese until melted and combined with the spinach.
