  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Fresh cranberries - 150 grams
  • Chicken or vegetable broth - 500 ml
  • Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Parsley - for garnish, chopped

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the cubed wild game meat and brown on all sides, approximately 5-7 minutes.
