- Fresh cranberries - 150 grams
- Chicken or vegetable broth - 500 ml
- Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
- Rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped

- Bay leaf - 1

Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
