- Ground turkey - 300 grams
- Fresh cranberries - 100 grams
- Gluten-free breadcrumbs - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Red onion - 50 grams, finely chopped
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (for cooking)
- Gluten-free burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Sliced tomato - 1 medium

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, fresh cranberries, gluten-free breadcrumbs, egg, chopped red onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into 2 equal-sized patties.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the turkey patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) and they are golden brown.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the gluten-free burger buns by toasting them lightly in a separate pan or toaster.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the cooked turkey patty, tomato slices, and avocado slices. Top with the other half of the bun.
