  • Pumpkin seeds - 30g
  • Sunflower seeds - 30g
  • Coconut flakes (unsweetened) - 20g
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • Sea salt - 1/4 tsp

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the raw almonds, raw walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and coconut flakes.
  3. Spread the nut and seed mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Toast in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even toasting.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
