- Turkey breast - 300 grams
- Fresh cranberries - 150 grams
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Thyme - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Water - 1/2 cup
Steps
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, combine the fresh cranberries, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and water. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the cranberries have burst and the sauce thickens. Stir occasionally.
- While the sauce simmers, season the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme on both sides.
- Place the seasoned turkey breast on the preheated grill. Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the cranberry glaze generously over the turkey breast.
- Once cooked, remove the turkey from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the turkey slices with extra cranberry glaze drizzled on top.
