Ingredients

  • Turkey breast - 300 grams
  • Fresh cranberries - 150 grams
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Thyme - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Water - 1/2 cup

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the fresh cranberries, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and water. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the cranberries have burst and the sauce thickens. Stir occasionally.
  3. While the sauce simmers, season the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme on both sides.
  4. Place the seasoned turkey breast on the preheated grill. Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  5. During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the cranberry glaze generously over the turkey breast.
  6. Once cooked, remove the turkey from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve the turkey slices with extra cranberry glaze drizzled on top.
