  • Water - 120 ml
  • Chopped walnuts - 30 grams

Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the fresh cranberries, granulated sugar, apple cider vinegar, grated ginger, cinnamon stick, clove, salt, and water.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and let the chutney simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the cranberries have burst and the mixture thickens.
