- all-purpose flour - 60 grams
- baking powder - 1 tablespoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- sugar - 1 tablespoon
- milk - 120 milliliters
- egg - 1 large
- butter - 30 grams, melted
- honey - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and honey until well combined.
