  • cornmeal - 120 grams
  • all-purpose flour - 60 grams
  • baking powder - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • milk - 120 milliliters
  • egg - 1 large
  • butter - 30 grams, melted
  • honey - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and honey until well combined.
