  • Green bell pepper - 50 grams, diced

  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
  • Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon (5 grams)
  • Erythritol sweetener - 1 teaspoon (4 grams)
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon (1.5 grams)
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon (1.5 grams)
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (optional)

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, grated carrot, and diced green bell pepper.
