- shredded coconut - 150 grams
- almond flour - 50 grams
- maple syrup - 60 ml
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- salt - a pinch
- coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
- Melt the coconut oil and add it to the mixture, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
- Using your hands, form small mounds of the mixture (about 2 tablespoons each) and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each mound.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
