  • lime zest - 1 teaspoon
  • coconut milk - 60 ml
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish (approximately 8x4 inches) with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, rolled oats, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together honey, melted coconut oil, lime juice, lime zest, coconut milk, and vanilla extract until well blended.
