  • Carrot - 1 medium, diced
  • Curry powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a medium pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
