Ingredients

  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into florets.
  2. Using a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they resemble rice grains.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
