  • Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon (15 grams)
  • Sea salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. In a food processor, combine the almonds and pulse until finely chopped but not a powder.
  2. Add the shredded coconut, Medjool dates, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and a pinch of sea salt to the food processor.
