  • Burger buns - 2 units
  • Lettuce leaves - 2 pieces
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Pickles - 4 slices
  • Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard - 2 teaspoons

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent bulging during cooking.
