Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Canned clams (drained) - 200 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Spread the sautéed garlic evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Evenly distribute the drained clams over the garlic oil.

  8. Add lemon zest, chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper on top.
