- Almond flour - 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 1 cup
- Cream cheese - 2 oz
- Egg - 1 large
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp

- Clams (canned, drained) - 1 cup
- Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Onion powder - 1/2 tsp
- Thyme (dried) - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 1/4 cup
- Green onions (sliced) - 2 tbsp
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring in between until melted and combined.
- Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt to the cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape it into a pizza crust about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, prepare the clam chowder topping. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, minced garlic, onion powder, thyme, black pepper, and clams. Stir and heat until warmed through.
- Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven. Pour the clam mixture evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and green onions on top of the clam mixture.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve.
