- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil - melted
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar, lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon. Toss well and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix together rolled oats, almond flour, remaining coconut sugar, remaining cinnamon, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until crumbly.
