- for the filling: brown sugar - 25 grams
- cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- for the glaze: powdered sugar - 50 grams

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix together the filling ingredients: brown sugar and cinnamon.
