Steps
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish (about 20cm x 20cm).

- Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle the brown sugar and butter mixture over the batter, then pour the remaining batter on top and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar and softened cream cheese. Add a splash of milk if needed to achieve a drizzle-able consistency.
