- sugar - 2 tablespoons
- milk - 1 cup (240ml)
- large egg - 1
- unsweetened applesauce - 1/4 cup (60ml)
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- apple - 1 medium, peeled and diced
- vegetable oil - for cooking
Steps
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and sugar until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, applesauce, and vanilla extract until smooth.
