  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Red onion - 1/2 medium, thinly sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to create a cilantro-lime sauce.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Spread the cilantro-lime sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
