- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice - 60 ml
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped - 15 grams
- 2 tablespoons olive oil - 30 ml
- 2 cloves garlic, minced - 6 grams
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin - 2 grams
- 1 teaspoon paprika - 2 grams
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, chopped cilantro, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.

- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off.
- Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with additional cilantro and lime wedges if desired.
