  • Chorizo sausage - 100 grams, diced
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Crushed red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt cream cheese and mozzarella cheese together until smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
  4. Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients, then add the egg and mix until a dough forms.
