Ingredients

  • Chicken liver - 250 grams

  • Unsalted butter - 30 grams
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Hard-boiled egg - 1, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken livers to the skillet and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned on the outside and slightly pink inside.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
