  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon (15 ml), melted
  • Almond flour - 1/2 cup (50 g)
  • Shredded unsweetened coconut - 1/4 cup (25 g)
  • Chopped almonds - 1/4 cup (30 g)
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon (1.5 g)
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed chokecherries and honey, stirring until well mixed.
  3. Spread the chokecherry mixture evenly in the bottom of a small baking dish (approximately 8x6 inches).
  4. In another bowl, mix the almond flour, shredded coconut, chopped almonds, cinnamon, salt, and melted coconut oil until crumbly.
