- Chopped almonds - 1/4 cup (30 g)
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon (1.5 g)
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed chokecherries and honey, stirring until well mixed.
- Spread the chokecherry mixture evenly in the bottom of a small baking dish (approximately 8x6 inches).
- In another bowl, mix the almond flour, shredded coconut, chopped almonds, cinnamon, salt, and melted coconut oil until crumbly.
