Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crumbs - 100 grams
  • Unsalted butter - 40 grams, melted
  • Dark chocolate (70% cocoa) - 100 grams
  • Heavy cream - 100 ml
  • Raspberries - 100 grams, fresh
  • Powdered sugar - 15 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are well coated.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 15 cm (6 inch) tart pan to form the crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
  4. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt into the chocolate mixture.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled tart crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set.
  7. Once set, arrange the fresh raspberries on top of the chocolate tart.
