- Dark chocolate (70% cocoa) - 100 grams
- Heavy cream - 100 ml
- Raspberries - 100 grams, fresh
- Powdered sugar - 15 grams
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are well coated.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 15 cm (6 inch) tart pan to form the crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
