  • ripe avocados - 2 medium
  • cocoa powder - 40 grams
  • maple syrup - 60 ml
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • coconut oil - 30 grams, melted
  • almond flour - 50 grams
  • salt - a pinch
  • dark dairy-free chocolate - 80 grams, melted

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease two small ramekins or a small cake pan.
  2. In a food processor, blend the ripe avocados until smooth.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, melted coconut oil, almond flour, and a pinch of salt to the food processor. Blend until the mixture is fully combined and creamy.
