  • Powdered sugar - 25g
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Cold water - 2-3 tablespoons
  • Dark chocolate (70% cocoa) - 100g
  • Hazelnut spread - 50g
  • Heavy cream - 100ml
  • Egg - 1 (large)
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped hazelnuts (for topping) - 20g

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt. Add the cold diced butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add cold water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together. Form into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface to fit a small tart pan (about 20 cm). Press the dough into the pan, trimming any excess. Prick the bottom with a fork.
