Steps

  1. Remove the pits from the Medjool dates by slicing them open carefully.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate and coconut oil.
  3. Microwave the chocolate mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Dip each date halfway into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
  5. Place the chocolate-dipped dates on a parchment-lined tray.
