  • dairy-free chocolate chips - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the oats, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt, then mix to combine.
