  • ripe avocado - 1 medium (about 150g)
  • unsweetened cocoa powder - 30g (1/4 cup)
  • maple syrup - 60ml (1/4 cup)
  • almond flour - 30g (1/4 cup)
  • vanilla extract - 5ml (1 tsp)
  • baking powder - 2g (1/2 tsp)
  • salt - 1g (1/4 tsp)
  • dark chocolate chips - 30g (1/4 cup)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish (about 8x8 inches) with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond flour, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt to the mashed avocado, and mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Fold in the dark chocolate chips gently into the brownie batter.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
