- cocoa powder - 30 grams
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- sugar - 50 grams
- salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- unsalted butter - 30 grams, melted
- eggs - 1 large
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- almonds - 50 grams, chopped
- dark chocolate chips - 30 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped almonds and dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Shape the dough into a log, about 25 cm long and 5 cm wide, and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
