- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 100 ml
Steps
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Add the diced cucumber, Greek yogurt, lime juice, vegetable broth, minced garlic, cilantro, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and water to the blender.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
