  • Jalapeño - 1, seeded and minced
  • Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Tomatillos - 200 grams, husked and chopped
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken broth - 1 cup
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, jalapeño, and green bell pepper, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add to the skillet, cooking until browned, around 5-7 minutes.
