  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Mixed salad greens - 100 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
  • Avocado - 1 medium, diced
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breast to the marinade and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.

  7. Top the salad with the sliced chicken and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
  8. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the salad before serving.
