Ingredients

  • Canned diced tomatoes - 400 grams (1 can)
  • Onion - 1 medium, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, chopped
  • Chili powder - 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Water - 250 ml

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and red bell pepper, and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
