- Canned black beans - 240 grams, drained and rinsed
- Diced tomatoes - 400 grams, with juices
- Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
- Sour cream - for serving (optional)

Steps
- Preheat the oven according to the French fries package instructions.
- Spread the frozen French fries on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat and bake according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
- While the fries are baking, heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the diced red onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add the minced garlic and diced bell pepper to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Stir in the black beans, diced tomatoes (with juices), chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
