Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 300 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 150 grams
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chili con carne (low-carb) - 200 grams
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Hot dogs (preferably beef) - 4 pieces
  • Chopped green onions - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower until it resembles rice. Steam or microwave until tender, then drain and let cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
