Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Gradually add water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  4. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Grease a baking sheet or pizza stone with the remaining olive oil.
