  • Spinach (fresh) - 50 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 150 grams
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

  • Red chili flakes - optional, for heat

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
