  • Carrot - 1 medium (70g), julienned
  • Zucchini - 1 medium (150g), sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon (5ml)
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped for garnish

Steps
