  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
  • Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon (5g)
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g), or to taste
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon (1g), or to taste
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons (8g), chopped

Steps
