  • Yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Garam masala - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Onion - 1 medium, chopped
  • Tomato puree - 200 grams
  • Heavy cream - 100 ml

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, paprika, and salt to create the marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add it to the marinade. Mix well, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
