  • Chicken broth - 500 ml
  • Water - 250 ml
  • Matzo - 2 sheets, broken into pieces
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a medium pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, diced carrot, and diced celery. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add to the pot. Cook for about 5 minutes until the chicken is lightly browned.
