- Water - 250 ml
- Matzo - 2 sheets, broken into pieces
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a medium pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, diced carrot, and diced celery. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
