  • Chicken breast - 200 grams, diced
  • Carrots - 1 large, diced
  • Celery - 1 stalk, diced

  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken broth - 500 milliliters
  • Water - 250 milliliters
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the diced carrots and celery, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add the diced chicken breast to the pot, cooking until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and water, then add the bay leaf, salt, and black pepper.
