- Chicken breast - 300 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Bell peppers (red or green) - 1 cup (diced)
- Red onion - 1/2 cup (diced)
- Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, prepare the vegetables by dicing the bell peppers and red onion.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and red onion onto the soaked skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
