- Chicken broth - 1/2 cup (120ml)
- Fresh lemon juice - 1/4 cup (60ml)
- Capers - 2 tablespoons (30g)
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Begin by placing the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and gently pound them to an even thickness of about 1.5 cm.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then dredge them in the flour, shaking off any excess.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

- Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Stir in the capers and bring the sauce to a simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly.
