  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Marinara sauce - 200 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Fresh basil - a handful, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add gluten-free pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. While the pasta cooks, season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
